You may download free materials and use them for educational purposes at home or in school. You may share free materials with colleagues. You must not use any material on this site for commercial purposes.

Purchased Materials

You may purchase our teaching resources for educational purposes at your home or in your classroom for use by the original purchaser. By purchasing a resource, you acknowledge that it is the property of ‘Funky Phonics’

You cannot however share the resource with anyone as you do not hold multiple licences on a purchased resource. This means the purchased resource must NOT be reproduced for others IN ANY FORM or BY ANY MEANS, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or by any information storage or retrieval system.

 

Failure to comply is a copyright infringement and a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DCMA). This product is intended for single classroom and personal use only.

 

All digital product sales are final, and no refunds are available. Funky Phonics may in its sole discretion make certain exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, for example if a digital file is defective.

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to determine that you have the appropriate hardware/software to make use of digital files and that the file format is appropriate for your needs. No refunds are available in these cases.
