What file type are the resources?
Our resource files are either PDF or PowerPoint Presentations. When viewing, printing or using our resources please ensure that you have the latest version of your PDF reader installed. While we do our best to ensure that fonts are embedded in our PowerPoints and show as the preview video, some fonts may change when you use them. This is due to the licence of the font and it is beyond our control.
What fonts do you use?
Our resources use the Sassoon Infant font or our own unique font for the majority of the text in the resource. Both fonts use a looped k rather than a straight one. In some resources we have tried to include both versions where possible. Other fonts may be used for titles and headings.

Some of our resources we offer a cursive version using CCW Cursive Writing 1 font. If there is a version using this font it will state in the description a cursive version is included. This means when purchasing you will receive two versions of the same resource, one using Sassoon Infant and one using CCW Cursive Writing 1.
If there is a resource, you would like changed to the CCW Cursive Writing 1 font then please request it through our Request a resource or through our Facebook page. Please note some of our resources are not suitable for the cursive font i.e. resources containing word searches.

Which payments methods do you accept?
At present we only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal does give the option of using your balance or card if you have an account. It may not be necessary to have a PayPal account to pay by card.
How do I receive my order?
Our system will email links to download to the email address you used when making the purchase through PayPal. Please make sure you have access to this email as we are unable to send the links to another email address.

On the rare occasion you do not receive the email with your links then please contact us through our Contact Us or through our Facebook page.
The download links are valid for 30 days. Please ensure you save any resources you have purchased as we are unable to send them to you them after this time.
What do I do if I spot an error in a resource?
While we do our upmost to check thoroughly our resources mistakes do happen, we are human after all. If you spot an issue with any of our resources then please contact us through our Contact Us or through our Facebook page.

We aim to fix any errors within 3-5 business days, during this time the resource will be made inactive on our website.
Do you take requests for resources to be made?
Yes, we do. While we can’t promise we can make it will have a go. If you do have a request then please contact us through our Request a resource or through our Facebook page.
