Phase 4&5 Assessment Book
This book is designed to assess pupils knowledge of the Phase 4 word types and Phase 5 sounds. You can assess if they know they sounds, can apply the sounds reading words and caption, as well as comprehension by matching to pictures. Also gives an indication of how they are applying what they know in their writing.
Also looks at whether they are sight reading the High Frequency Words as well as the Tricky Words. This will enable you to see where there are gaps and put in place appropriate interventions.

This is a single user licence and is non-transferable. The resources are intended for single classroom and personal use ONLY. Any sharing or copying for more than one classroom is prohibited.
